MATERIAL USED FOR MATTERS CAR MATS

At Matters we only use top quality PU leathers made from non-toxic EVA foams with thicker coil mats. Strict quality control have been enforced in the production of all car mats.

COLORS AVAILABLE FOR CAR MATS?

At Matters, we offer you 2 distinct and easy compatible colors to any of the vehicle in the market - namely our ever in demand platinum black and luxury brown.

MATERIAL USED FOR AEGIS?

Our premium key cases and steering wheel handle are made from the finest artificial leather using only Alcantara. Ritz variants are made from genuine leather. Simple Steering wheel handle are manufactured using polyurethane.

How do I proceed through the check out process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process. Please allow 5-7 working days for shipment to be processed and delivered to your end.

What is a fulfilment address?

The fulfilment address is your shipping address. If you have an international address, it is very helpful if you rewrite your address in the Special Instructions field during check out. Do also indicate your exact postal code to ensure your product is delivered accurately.

Can you ship your products anywhere in Singapore?

Yes! anywhere in Singapore. However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal/Shopify/Apple Pay only.

How do I cancel an order or return or exchange an item?

E-mail us at matters@zmc.com.sg, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to 50 Serangoon North Ave 4 #01-24 First Centre Singapore 555856. Please include in this shipment your personal information as well as instructions with regards to whether your shipment is a return or exchange. Our policy typically is that, for domestic exchanges and returns, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us. However, every shipping fee from Singapore is to be borne by the customer. This is to help streamline the process and avoid having to exchange money for the purpose of exchanging and refunding items. If you have any questions, do feel free to email us.

Shipping 

There will be additional $30 shipping fee for every purchases. For more information please contact us at +65 6555 3560. We welcome self-collection at no cost to you. Complimentary professional installation will be provided with every self-collection.
